Casey May is a veteran developer of energy projects across the United States. Casey's experience throughout the development lifecycle began in the 2000's and has spanned the land siting process through preconstruction. Prior to MKG, Casey was the VP of Project Siting at Pine Gate Renewables, leading a team of 25 land and technical professionals and securing 40GW of greenfield development pipeline over a four year period. In addition to creating this team and securing development pipeline, Casey developed key relationships throughout the United States and transacted with Fortune 500 land and energy companies in creating joint development efforts. Casey was also a founder and managing member of Foundation Solar Partners, originating and developing projects throughout PJM and marketing those to partners and clients. Earlier in his career, Casey led the development of solar assets in Michigan, Montana and the Carolinas for Cypress Creek Renewables and FLS Energy while leading the preconstruction teams from 2009-2012 at FLS.

Sam Kliewer is an infrastructure operator with a unique combination of deep and broad experience acquired over a decade in the industry. Prior to MKG, Sam was the COO at Headwater Energy which was formed when Oakhurst Energy Development merged with Aspen Creek Power Holdings. Sam joined Oakhurst Energy Development in 2022 as CFO and COO where he was responsible for managing the Company's finances while leading corporate strategy and growing the pipeline of greenfield generation projects. From 2020 to 2022, Sam was Vice President at Meridian Renewable Energy where he originated and developed generation projects in PJM. Prior to his time at Meridian, he was VP of Development at Pine Gate Renewables where he led the acquisition and development of transmission scale generation projects in the southeast. Prior to Pine Gate, Sam worked in Policy & Government Affairs at Cypress Creek Renewables, and in Corporate and International Finance at Lowe’s. Sam holds a BA from Virginia Tech and an MBA from NC State University.

Stephen Gill is a seasoned energy and infrastructure executive with expertise in Project Finance, Power Generation, and Digital Infrastructure Development. Spanning two decades of experience in the public and private sectors, Stephen has led large-scale projects in oil and gas, renewable energy, brownfield infrastructure, and heavy civil construction. Prior to founding MKG, he held senior roles at Pine Gate Renewables, Macquarie Infrastructure Corporation, and Kinder Morgan, where he built a track record of delivering strategic, high-impact results. His career began with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, grounding him in disciplined project management and federal procurement. Stephen’s ability to integrate financial strategy with technical delivery makes him a trusted leader in complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
